Iroquois activation bug. FaIW

I'm doing a PBEM as the british and we are closing 1759...without the Iroquois activating. Is it a bug?

It probably is not a bug. Do you hold the entire Hudson valley? That is the threshold.

Actually, I meant the Mohawk valley, which is Albany to Oswego.

The french never ever gotten near any of those province excepting oswego and I have taken back the fort 2 years ago
