Does the 1.10e patch include the quick fix mentioned in the very first post in this thread or will I need to download the QF and apply it too?

Hi all,
I just purchased this as part of the Easter Sale.
How does one get the most recent patch? All links I can find in this thread are dead. THe install file is 1.01b.
