May be check your stack, you are probably carrying with you fortress batteries, which are slowing down the stack. Take them out and the move should be ok

Napoleon was stolen the Quadriga from Berlin in 1806.
But here he has no fortress batterie clamped under his arm.

The "path finding" logic is trying to move the force via the Frozen River region, but some of the units are not allowed to do that. This is a bug.

I can trace a reasonable path to Berlin (in 14 days) by ordering "zone by zone" through Torgau - Eisenach - Berg - Berlin. This will allow your game to continue while the "Master" deciphers this bug. :w00t:
