[Bug?]When do you win?

Maybe I misunderstood all this, but in the England scenario (40 turns), I manage to raise my NM over the victory conditions, and still all this little english soldiers didn't want to declare I won the war... Wich means that for 5 turns, I knew I had won but no Victory message appears.
Well my english may be a little poor, so to show you what this is all about, please take a look at this screenshot:


Well is it a bug, or do you really have to wait until all the turns are over?? In wich case, it may become a little handy in the spanish scenario, if you complete the victory conditions and still have to play through, let's say, 50 turns to be officially declare winner....

There is no 'Sudden Death' victory in this scenario, this is on purpose. The Historical Team will tell you why if need be
