Interrupted download?

Ok, I just bought ROP from the Ageod site. I was shifted to Plimus to complete the purchase. I started the download and made it half way through the download when I lost my satellite internet connection. Finally satellite link was re-established. I have a download manager which normally allows me to restart the download at the point when I lost my internet connection. However for some reason, my download manager is not able to restart the download. Should I be able to continue a game download if the internet connection is broken?
I have very limited data download limits with my satellite contract. I hate to restart a new download because I have already used up 313 MB which counts towards my satellite download limits. A new download would just add another 700 MB against my download limit assuming I don't lose satellite connection again. So should I be able to continue a game download if interrupted or do I have to do a new download?
