Has anyone done a map of England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland?

If not, I would like to give it a shot. I was thinking with 15 mile regions, it would not be a huge map and maybe playable for the ECW or War of the Roses. I have been gradually collecting topographical and geographic information needed for the timeframe of the ECW.

I found a copy of Mapedit from an old forum thread but it doesn't appear to be a good copy. The execute fails. Where can I get a copy of the latest Mapedit?

A decent map of the British Isles would be good, especially for a version of ECW now that they have a game of the period up and running...

sounds interseting,... it would it be a mod + add to the game ECW!?
mainly, or often it is that the map areas dont look such as good as they could be. (isnt much importent),...but a criterion worth.
