You can't, this is not my property anymore since 2013 and my entry at Slitherine. Latest discussion from 2-3 years ago was that they prefer not to release the source code. They would prefer modders and volunteers to start learning modding Empires and Kingdoms on any game they want. But no modding will be supported on the old engine, only on the new one.
