Well, moving right along :bonk:

I thought I would wait before everyone chimed in on the trade goods. :neener:

But, I always used to think that the artwork they chose for the old Merchandise model didn't exactly look like Merchandise to me.

And, it really doesn't look like rum, or sugar, or bullion, or even like trade goods, either.

To me, and I will bet you will agree, it looks like crates of ammo! :bonk:

And a quick glance at the AGE local strings file confirms their are entries for "Crates of Ammo".

So, I decided to make another model. It is still of the Goods Family, but it has some of the attributes of the Supply Family, like defensive fire. (I may change that later).

Anway, these puppies carry tons of Ammo, but no supply.

I keep experimenting with the new AMMO model.

This time I have changed it to the Supply family, so I assume the AI thinks it to be a supply train.

The names get kinda tedious, since a "Supply" wagon can carry food, water, and ammo.

Now a "Ammo" wagon can carry food, water, and ammo, but with an emphasis on ammo.

I all other respects, the Ammo model is the same as the Supply model.

I enjoy wasting time this way.
