Wow! excellent work Nikel.
As the generals get more obscure then the pictures get trickier.

This time did not use a photograph, but a drawing, must come from Harper's Weekly or similar

Can you make anything with A. Hovey? In the SFV mod he is a gifted general without portrait.

Thanks for your pics!

Hey, I gathered up the newer portraits from Nikel and PANGI and edited the models files, so now everyone will have an easier time updating the portraits.

Edit - I forgot to add the generic promotion to the leaders. I switched the attachment to the updated files.

@slimey.rock
Hi
Is the file the latest & completest?
Will it work with 1.15?

Yeah - is this just something we can "plug and play?" Meaning can we just copy the files over and then have all these new generals in the game (in 1.15)?

Great job everyone, by the way.

I'd like to get a few more leaders into the game. I was wondering if anyone can work with this file. I finally got the final database files (Models and Units)and will post the updated files when changes are made.

C. Washburn.

Yes those are 2 of the older ones I did, I actually stretched the picture to fill the space I've learned not to do that. :bonk: :

Here's a couple more generals that would be good in the game (to add to that big bunch I posted earlier). These are both cavalrymen.

CSA General Turner Ashby, Stonewall Jackson's cavalry commander in the valley.

USA General Philip St. George Cooke, J.E.B. Stuart's unionist father-in-law, and a prominent cavalryman in his own right.

VGN portraits look nice!

I should apologize for the edit in my post above. I was indeed looking for C. Washburn Not Washurn

I Actually needed a 2 star Washburn. I'll also edit the models file and add him to the 1 star Washburn. Thanks again Nikel!

Of the rest apparently only Philip St. George Cooke is in the game and needs a portrait

Your Trimble and Cooke portraits look great, Nikel! Looking through the AACW generals roster, there are a few more generals in game with no portraits that I will see if I can find pictures for.

What is the best way to install these portraits?

Regarding the other generals (the ones not in the game), is there no way to mod generals into the game? I'm interested in learning how to do that, if it is possible.

Okay, here are pictures for the missing confederates.

John B. Clark, Jr., listed in the game as "J. Clark"
Image

William Y. C. Humes, listed in the game as "Y. Humes"

John H. Kelly, listed in the game as "J. Kelley"

William B. Bate

William H. T. Walker

Samuel G. French

William T. Martin

There were two others: "C. Field" and "O. Wilcox," which are just redundant versions of Charles Field and Cadmus Wilcox, already in-game. Is there any way to take these two out, or better yet, replace them with additional generals?

Lastly, I noticed you did a much better portrait for Pinkerton, and wondered if you'd considered doing the same for Belle Boyd?

Here she is:

If all are done I hope someone compiles a complete package of all those pictures so one can easily replace them in 1.15.
