Graphics symbol for Capitol adapted from PON

I've never liked the symbol for a capitol that gets used in AACW and BOA/WIA.

I recently started poking around in PON, and noticed that it had a great new alternative.

So I copied and pasted the PON symbol onto the AACW symbol, adjusted one pixel, and then added a transparency mask (that was the hard part).

This mod will work in AACW and WIA, though it's really designed for AACW.

Back up your originals, then copy the content of the attached zip file to your graphics folder.

The style is a little crisper, but it should work.

(I'm not convinced that it's completely right for WIA -- what's probably needed is some kind of Liberty Bell -- and that would mean making another transparency mask).
