I like the way regiments get pumped up with Experience Steroids. I've noticed that regiments get stronger as they accumulate experience asterisks. I had Glover's Marblehead up to 103 strength with 4 Experience Asterisks, about 24 points higher than it's normal 79 strength. I'm curious as to whether the manpower strength stays the same for feeding and ammo purposes?
I also remember when leaders gained better leadership stats as they battled but that seems to have disappeared now. I thought that the raises were a bit too much before but now that their leadership stats don't change I figure that's too stingy. I'd like to see leaders gain or lose leadership stat strength for winning and losing battles but at a slower pace than orginally done.
