Updated Manual?

I read on this forum that there was an updated manual for BOA available by PDF. The link does not work for me. Is this because it is over 2 years old?
Where can I find this updated manual?

merci! i was looking for that manual myself
now i have one more question. on the army sprite or whatever that is, sometimes i see a tiny icon with a little army marching and a pair of red scissors across it, what does this mean? thanks

Hello. That symbol reprsents a merge movement. That is, the force in question is moving to merge with another force.

ok, one more question. in the same area, sometimes there is an icon showing a guy behind entrechments. i gather that means the unit is entrenched. sometimes though, there is a red flag there in the same image. what difference signals this flag? thank you in advance

the link does not work for me.
probably this is because it is over 5 years old..
but I'm a totally "newbye" with the AGEOD game engine, and I would love to start my war-gaming experience with thys great system playing the game that generates the whole epic serie.
someone know where can I find this updated manual?
