Default New Service at Ageod.com: DVD Backup on new orders

As of today, we have new service proposed to buyers of our games. You can select to receive by regular postal service, paying a small extra cost and the shipping charges, a DVD containing all the game(s) setup program(s) and corresponding serial(s) number(s). Please note this is only valid as a complement to a NEW order of a full game download (i.e. we shall not offer this service to previous purchases).

I am not certain if this is the correct place to add this comment, but two thoughts about why the dvd service, which is great, may not solve every problem. This may be limited to PON:
    1. The 'contact us' on the web does not function properly. I get a message that my message was properly sent, but I also get a second message that the message cannot be delivered. I think that it is not being delivered because Ageod is so responsive to any concern.
    2. This is the message I tried to send via that channel: I recently upgraded to a new computer. PON did not transfer, so I bought a new version of this game. I have uninstalled the transferred files for PON and all residual file related to the game and installed the new game. I keep getting the message: d3dx9_31.dll is missing when I try to run the game. How do I get rid of this error and run the game?
If you need additional information, please let me know.
I am willing to buy a third copy if this will make things work.

    Thanks

That's a DirectX problem on your system. Check here:
