Objective value changed after capture steam version 1.02a

Hi, It's turn 401 May 1-7 and I'm the French. I conquered London a couple of turns ago, and expected victory, as the objective was showing up as 150. After capture, it shows up as 50. I had 170 approx. NM before I captured London, so I was expecting to win the game with its capture. Also, before I c...

If it's of any help, I'm playing as the French Sept 1810. I've got 17 privateers in the commerce box (and 1 in port at St. Malo for repairs) and last turn they sank 2078 (money) of merchant shipping.

Log into the Slitherine site, register the games. You can then request steam keys, again, via the Slitherine site.

Agreed. I'm playing single player and I have the same concern (I'm in 1810).

Military Reform message error

Hi, I'm playing as the French, and it is March 1-7, 1810. A new message informs me there is a new F3 option available but on pressing F3 the option is titled 'opt_title_NapoleonicGeniusFM' and is not selectable. Also (but not related), for the last few turns, a message in the scripted events keeps f...

That's not the first time I got these reports and I have already checked what can go wrong. So far, I have found nothing and that's the same code that tests if they can give troops and that gives troops, so this is rather weird... Will again check for the third patch. Thanks, Pocus. I look forward ...

It's now several turns on, and Württemberg still hasn't given me any forces. Baden and Nassau have both agreed to supply forces, but have not supplied me with any forces as of yet.

It rings a bell, I got a message saying that Nassau had accepted to lend me troops to, but no susbequent message with actual troops, whereas I got both for Baden and Wurtemberg, so there might be an issue there. It's now several (4-5) turns on, still no forces from Württemberg. Nassau and Baden hav...

you get a message in the "troop message" dialogue box (the one with the soldiers symbol after the movement one) that says "Wurtemberg lent you Huger Force in Ulm" and this gives you the stack name that was lent to you, you can move it at will AND as I discovered very recently, you can integrate tho...

Hurray !! for the first time ever, after probably 600 to 700 turns of play, a country outside of Bavaria lent me some forces !!! Both Baden and Wurtemberg sent me expeditionnary forces in march 1807 that I can intregrate in my forces. The Baden force is just 2 regiments (6 elements) but the Wurttem...

Allied Expeditionary Forces

Hi I'm playing as the French. Württemberg has agreed to supply me forces (and there is confirmation of this in the treaties active list). However, I can't tell which forces they have assigned to me and I have tried moving all their troops on the map but to no avail; they refuse to budge. I've even c...

Also, I found following the advice here http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=4062864 regarding texture initialisation and memory settings, the game is more stable. I have a i7 3770k, 32GB ram, and a R9 390 8GB. OS on a SSD, and a HDD for games storage and whatnot (like my uni essays!).

CTD as French January 1805 campaign April 11th patch

Hi

Hi Pocus I've installed the new patch, but every time I try to open the recruitment pane in game, it crashes to desktop. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Just to clarify this further, the problem is with the French 1805 Jan start date. If I start a campaign with the British, I am able to play as normal.

Well, most of the reforms do only one thing (as explained in the manual, but who reads manuals anymore): they add division-size units to your force pools and increase the number of corps and various army supports units your country can get (in other words a nice big force pool improvement). You'll ...
