The text is not correct and the tooltip in the RGD misses the info you need. That RGD can only be played on non pillaged regions. Once you play it the regions turns to pillaged state.

Not so different of Birth of America.
As I said it was debated with Ageod team and Slitherine and myself. And the version that finally is released is never in my experience the first version, use to be several changes during the design.

There some issues regarding terrain that should not be mountains for example. Other regarding names in some region or river. These are to be fixed but I'm more concerned about playability. First priority imo is to consolidate the north, bring troops from Sweden and defeat the minor Imperial armies.

Its a known issue, that happens to some players and at the moment we havent been able to fix.

This should be a Major Victory, must be checked and fixed.

This event has been revised, and its a tricky one, not easy to tune and not always with the same result.
In your game its clear it is very damage to your strategy.
This and the Mantua event have to been revised again. My apologies.

If this is as you say, I dont like it, but it will be in this way in all Ageod games as this feature is common to all of them.
Not sure if some part of the replacements cover holes in other units...
I need time to study this carefully
