Try having your GHQ commander get killed. Now that causes real problems. I once had Joffre get killed in a PBEM with Ringhloth. In 1914. To say that was problematic would be a serious understatement.

You have to put the ammo units in the fleet itself. Then they should refill rather quickly.

So when/if do y'all plan to add some of the nations included in the game but who are currently impossible to bring into the war?
