You also can't form a Corps with this general. Does indeed seem bugged.

I also noticed that some generals (maybe after promotion?) are shown as 1-star generals even when they are 2-star.

Thanks Rajahbrooke, that is very interesting. I did not know that the Russians received so much British aid!

Just to clarify, the 600 guns are over several turns. So, it seems very accurate in the game then.

This is for me a general problem with every AGEOD game, it always crashes after you play a large number of turns at once (10+). It's really not a huge deal because the crash is always AFTER the turn has been saved so you just have to restart the game and end turn again. A bit annoying but I understa...

Interesting, thanks for the answer. I think in a PBEM game it is definitely necessary because the White Industry is poor so they can't really build much artillery.
Do you have any numbers for the amount of aid the British sent? 600 guns seems like a lot.

Is the level of British aid correct?

Playing a game against AI right now, on turn 30 now and it's basically over, the AI is just not up to the task of managing the World Revolution. Understandable, and I am looking forward to playing against a real player soon. Anyway, I kind of disregarded the "new stuff arrived" messages after it did...

As far as I can tell, it only crashes when you select elements on the right side in the build menu. Not a huge constraint but annoying, yes.

There are a number of other bugs, as I have posted in the tech support forum, nothing major but I hope it will be fixed quickly.

Some icons missing + map not centered

A few small things:

- icon for railway movement is missing in the F1 forces list
- icon for locked troops is missing, you can't tell on the map which ones are locked
- the map seems not centered correctly, all the events that lead to provinces if you click them are off

Critical error on build screen

I shall have the dubious honor of the first bug report of RUS Gold:

Game throws a critical error when you select a unit on the build screen and then click on any element on the right side. Seems to be for every unit but I have only tried a few.

Not sure why you're singling out France there, Erik, did they do something particularly horrible?
Since all participants did so many horrible things, it led to a new way of war in Europe for the next 150 years.

At the first spets of the work it was decided together with Ageod to use a big map, covering Europe and North Africa. But the game is centered on Germany. I would be very surprised if Napoleon and Thirty Years War don't share the same map.. would seem like a lot of unnecessary additional work for the Thirty Years War team. Isn't that intended for the Moltke Plan? Considering the plan means you go East first it makes sense for the GHQ to start in the East.

The objectives that disappeared were only valid for the first couple of turns, so nothing broke. :)
This is to provide incentive for the historical early-war offensives (or whatever your chosen war plan wants you to do).

I'm sad to hear that sales were bad for the AJE series. It's my favourite and most played AGEOD game, so I think it deserves better.
I hope this doesn't mean that there will be no more expansions. I for one will blindly buy anything you guys make for this game!

As a European, I just find it really funny (and great) that 200 years ago the nations of Europe were fighting each other, 100 years ago they were fighting each other even more and now they are bickering about which coins are "inappropriate".

Yes. Mexico is currently a waste of time for the CP because of the way the Zimmerman note works, and most of the others will simply offer good invasion targets for the WE, but Denmark and Sweden should be possible and defensible. This is a few weeks old, but for anyone who tries it I want to note t...
