Long Time Civil War Generals 2 player. I played the original Robert E Lee: Civil war general and had a blast. I tried to fire Stonewall Jackson and he said "Only a Minie ball can dismiss me, Sir!" and I thought, well, we shall see at Chancellorsville, Mr High and Mighty!

I am a casual CW buff but really not a grognard in the wargame department. I own both AACW and CW2 and I finally have to time to devote to a game. Which one would be better for a casual player? I love the look and feel of AACW. Is there that much of a difference????

So, for a newbie, who actually owns BOTH games, which would be a more flavorful, fun experience to learn completely? AACW or CW2???? And why? Thanks!

I went to active my buzz Aldrin Space Program Manager key on Steam and the option was given to generate a Steam key for Alea Jacta Est, which I did. So I imagine it is imminent

I just bought this from Steam and the unit counters are fine on the menu bar but on the map, counters have pixelated faces. Everything else looks sharp. Any ideas?
