At least for PON, yes, you are. :)

It is highly recommended to do that, because if you don't do it, Steam will revert back some beta patch files to the normal vanilla files... and so, the game will be completelly unstable. ;)

Well, many games have great mods... why PON should be the exception? :D

I used to play HOI with CORE, Vicky with VIP, RomeTW with the Middle-Earth mod... others can tell you great mods for CIV4... and so on... :thumbsup:

Steam will always give you the code... are you sure you are looking in the right place? ;)

About the colonial decision problem, we need the current turn to see why the message says you cannot use that decision but it is played anyway.

Are you sure they are "green"? :wacko:
For example, if you start the game as Prussia, then try to build a coal mine, because you have already way too much on the map, it will cost you 988 capital... but you only have 750. ;)

NO! the problem is that ZWEDRU is not part of any colonial region. Monrovia... is just an example to make the point clear (to show the different tooltip information) ehm... I am looking at the DB right now... ;) Neither Monrovia nor Zwedru belong to any colonial area... both have the "NULL" value. ...

Confirmed. I rebuilt the railroads after they were removed by the road card. What I find weird is that I have colonised Kenya and other places and I can't build RR there. Exactly, "improving" the transportation level with the road decision actually downgrades the tranportation level of your region ...

I don't want the economy more complicated either. I think what he meant by "easy" was that he agreed with what I said that it is too "easy" to max out the economy too soon. The rules are fine, just need to tweak the production/consumption so that there is not a flood of resources like there is now....

Install the DLC again...

Yes, we are aware of this issue... we are working on a solution for the next beta patch (and the official one, obviously).
