Thanks for posting this, Tamas! I remember reading about the fascinating "Operation Correct the Mistake" in some history books, and to see it played out here was really terrific ;)

I imagine that I shall be recreating it in my games as well, probably repeatedly, haha.

I'm very curious about this as well. I'm pretty sure I had the original ROP from GamersGate (there's a paradox logo on the box cover too), and then got the upgrade from AGEod...found the emailed invoice and there was no serial #.

Thanks for clarifying, Pocus. I'm new here at Ageod, but I'm pleasantly surprised at the level of support you get here from the actual game developers. I've been gaming for many, many years and in so many cases (if not the majority of cases), a company releases a really buggy product just to get it...

I feel like this is a really silly question, since you guys work in concert with Matrix, but I'm going to ask anyway (forgive me! :) ) does AGEOD receive a larger cut of the profit if the product is purchased through the AGEOD webstore versus the Matrix one? AGEOD really got me in to the genre so I ...

What's the fuss about the clock? :bonk: I could understand you miss the wooden frames, or ledger book, but the clock - it always cluttered screen for me. I dunno, I never thought the clock was all that intrusive. Unless you're playing on a smartphone. Otherwise it's really not that big at all. And ...

Army/Corps Flag Mod

The original ACW had a mod which attempted to improve upon the stock army/corps flags....Does anyone know if it work for this game as well? I downloaded the necessary files from the ACW mods forum last night, but have not attempted to use it. Nor have I gotten to the point in the game when I can act...

The control key is still listed in the keyboard shortcuts as showing troop numbers, but it does not appear to do anything presently. I discovered the mouse hovering method completely by accident while being frustrated with the lack of CTRL doing anything :neener:

If I purchase from ageod's store, will I be able to access serial keys/download info from the main Matrix or ageod site (I just ask because I don't see a "my account" link on ageod's page)? Or where can it be redownloaded from ageod's website should that become necessary?

For my small part, I really like the background behind the units that make up a division (when the cursor hovers over the unit in the units list at the bottom), whereas before they just appeared over the map. I think it makes it much easier to see what makes up your unit :)

As much as I enjoyed the period flair from the last game, I rather enjoy the new streamlined look to the UI. And the new unit/general portraits look fantastic! Although, I kind of wish they'd included some sort of urban area between Nashville and Pulaski...there were some important locations that we...

When you consider the amount of time spent playing WiTP, it's probably the cheapest game per hour out there, despite the high initial cost!

Wow, that is quite impressive! To be fair though, Russia is missing several of the world's most talented players, and Bryzgalov may or may not be afraid of the puck (somewhat awkward for a goaltender :neener :) . Is there a difference between the versions of the upgrade kit being offered by Matrix vs what's on Ageod's website? Matrix & Slitherine have it selling for $4.99 USD, Ageod's site $6.24..
