I purchased the game over a year ago.... Box Game with DVD.... Any help would be greatly appreciated... This is curious, I...

I think that may be overstating it a bit. No offense to gamersgate, but I'd be more worried about them going out of business then I am about Steam going out of business. The games are on my hard drive when I download them, so it's not like they can go in and delete it off my computer. All they can ...

Playing as the Confederates I was quite amused when my Indians rose up to take Fort Laramie only to find that it was defended by, you guessed it, the U.S. Cavalry. All 30,000 of them!

As a US player, I'm always overjoyed when the CS invades my territory. Working on interior lines and (where applicable) with naval superiority, the US player should always be able to turn the CS invasion into a disaster. oh I know it's a good thing, but I'm usually in the midst of preparing some gr...

I've seen Athena go after Harrisburg early in the war with a substantial force, which withered on the vine for a lack of supplies. That's the worse, but, overall, I have to admit that for a while it did scare the bejesus out of me! +1 It can be quite disconcerting when you see her show up with a hu...

I could be wrong, but perhaps this price will be good to introduce folks to the awesomeness that is AGEOD, who otherwise may not have given a shot to the game. Frankly, I think Paradox is wise to have added such an excellent company to their stable of developers/companies, and it should serve to imp...

Saw that, too, in a Paradox e-mail. As long as the game is good, I don't care what it is called. That's a marketing call. I will think seriously and probably ultimately buy any game designed by ageod folks, regardless of whatever big company "owns" them. Regarding museum displays... quite often you are correct, but in the case of the Fort Donelson "park" they are doing a bang up job of trying to reproduce the actual gun emplacements to be comparable to the historical accounts. They're missing the upper battery with the 128-pounder though. :( Incide...

Right after Ft Henry though, Foote got pretty banged up bombarding Ft Donelson and had little to no effect on that engagement aside from all the noise.
