I for one will start the topic by praising Endless Legend, a very good heroic fantasy 4X game with a lot of imaginative concepts, a true breeze of fresh air in the 4x environment. Imagine a blend of Civ5 and Fallen Enchantress: LH and add tons of new ideas to spice it up. Plus it is done by Amplitu...

You mean assault, don't you? Just to be sure.

I have only played as Nationalists until now, but assaults were mostly bloody affairs that were either victorious, or gave the attackers a bloody nose.

How do I open an .rar file? My version of windows says it doesn't recognize it. I've never had this problem with any other CW2 patch, beta or otherwise. What happened? Install 7-zip. It will handle .rar files as well as offering an additional way to work with zip files with more options. Free and n...

Although they don't have any game effect, I would like to point out some peculiarities of the map, in my region, both in the Netherlands and in the neighbouring regions of Germany. Groningen and Friesland are OK, as are Emden and Wilhelmshaven as important harbours. But the North-Western tip of Holl...

Some cities, especially large 'modern' ones, may be harder to surround then others, like when they have canals and rivers going in and out. Like Antwerp, or Stalingrad in WWII, that was never isolated. And Leningrad was able to open supply lines at times. The city where I live, Groningen, from the M...

Thanks, missed that corner.

I noticed that a year later both factories (Zaragoza and Granada) produce 2 WS each. This is an event? I haven't always read all the event messages.

In the campaign the Nationalists start with a production of 2 WS per turn, yet they on possess the Weapons factory in Granada, that produces 1 WS, so where is the other WS coming from?

I have seen AGEod games where the RC version was mentioned on the start screen, so I think it is just an oversight of the installer here.
But you can always look in the game folder to see the version in the readme's.

Downloaded and installed. Looked at the Ebro scenario, seems a very good addition for something in between the very short North scenario and the full campaign.

I played a few turns of my current campaign that I started a few days ago, and everything worked fine in the new patch, so far.

This formulation suggests he didn't run the installer, but only put the installer into the AJE folder.

I must go and visit Aachen (or Aken, as we call it) some time soon. It has importance for our local history (Groningen, Northern Netherlands) as well. In 1248 local Frisians assisted in besieging the city. They dammed the river, thereby flooding the city in one metre of water. They did this, so Coun...

I started a new campaign as Nationalists, and wanted to set up a sensible command structure, so I made an inventory of the leaders that are available at start, or shortly after.
