There's almost nothing I really want to fix but the Trent Affair. The Trent Affair should give the Confederate's +5-15 foreign entry.

Wow, this is exciting!

Charles, on behalf of your part, you did a nice job stretching your lines to defend all of your flanks in VA! Albeit the fact that it is thinly spread, with your bonuses and entrenchments, it should be a tough fight ;) .

Glad to see the CSA <possibly> win for a change!

question is - a leaders counts as units too?

Yep, they do.

Hello I am having a huge problem. Whenever I try to open a turn I've just processed for my PBEM counterpart, the game crashes. We're on a second turn of the grand 1861 campaign w/kentucky. Perhaps email that to lodilefty? This thread is old. Hardly anyone views this thread anymore. (P.S: Not trying...

This is getting exciting!

Since the Union is behind and desperately in need of a crucial victory, they might go to Richmond. Even if they lose, they would've put up a good fight ;)

Whoa! Hold your horses, Czert.

AACW is still being patched. You can find the latest 1.16 patch here: http://ageod-forum.com/showthread.php?p=224141

But, if you are still using 1.14, you can download 1.15 here: http://ageod-forum.com/showthread.php?t=15565

Since I have installed rc7 (up from rc4) I have not captured a single piece of equipment outside the infamous fort-hopping. No wagon, no artillery. This is true for two ungoing PBEM games and every testing game I started myself. In particular the Cairo/Manassas Gambit is currently pretty much point...

I had one of those 15 day battles once. Mc and his whole army were sieging Richmond and went for an all out attack. At the end I had more men left than he did. Leaders were dieing like flies, taking thousands of loses per attack. I lost Bobby Lee on day 14 but still held on. At the end of the turn ...

That's something common on internet forums. It's the 1% rule or participation inequality . I post here often and I hardly, if ever, "lurk". But lurking is common here because of the vast amount of information available; if you look, if somebody needs help on playing as the CSA in AACW, then they ju...

Haha, what's P.G.T Beauregard doing as the Commander of the Army of the West? :p . When I use PGT, I usually attach a corps to him and send him to DC to lighten up Union defenses.

I usually send the French fleet to Washington, DC. Then I use the British force and keep it in reserve unless I need help around New Orleans or some port on the East Coast.

Usually my navies defend New Orleans and all the rivers in the CSA, though.
