what do mean by "only 1805 cmapign"? I only can choose Jan 1805 and August 1805. I started already a 1805 Aug. campaign. Would it apply here too?

I think it should be able to do that, and it has to loose some more in order to be forced to accept pressburg. Playing the AI is different, this should accept ...

Somehow the decrees (I'm on turn 10 now) disappeared for this game. When I start new they show up (in the 2nd turn). Maybe it was a problem with the update of your patch? Can I perhaps copy some files into the save files?

Take Wien and you can fire Pressburg. I build a depot in between Ulm and Ravensburg. This insures you can winter even in Austria. Check though. When hostile troops are close to each other, even 1 or 2 day moves would be better. While in winter 1 or 2 weeks are better. Could you perhaps give us a choice, to choose which time we want to play, that would be a dream come true. Perhaps by creating different ED mod folders for different turnsrate...

Please don't change it. The 1 week is the reason why WON is the best AGEOD game because it simulates the decision making of a national leader in these days and that's what the games are all about. What file-Format, with Excel, Notepad or something else?
What Folder to put into, or does the host have to edit an existing file?
For example giving 1000 Money from Britain to Russia or giving a region (Cologne) to Prussia?

Can I somehow give a region or money to an ally in a MP BPBMEM game. Are there som files where a referee for example can make some entrie s of owned regiosn or money amount manually?I the mod ready and we can test it somehow?

You can chose each major power, one after the other, and create a save file before for each power, and then end the turn. The engine will take the save ORD files and execute the turn I think. That's how the PBEM work.
