GG plainly gives you the option to keep or delete the install files post installation. They aren't tricking you into anything. If you elect to keep the file, then you no longer need gg to install that program again. You still need to log into your GG account to install anything bought from GamersGa...

One thing not mentioned here about Paradox putting all of their new games on Steam: none of these games (CK2, MotE, or any of their other games on Steam) have the Steamworks DRM on them. You don't need to run Steam to play the game, only to initially download the game and to patch it. Otherwise, you...

That's quite the deal! I haven't gotten PoN yet because I simply don't have the time to play it right now... but at that price, I can't resist.

I know the game is subtitled "Roman Civil Wars," but does it have to be limited to civil wars? Might we see a scenario or two on the Punic Wars?

Quick question -- is there any way to direct where the replacements go, or does the game decide this for you?

What does this newsletter look like - when was it last sent - what title does the email have?

It's titled "Alea Jacta Est Pre-order... One week left to seize this opportunity!"

I got it, though Hotmail's spam filter sent it to my junk mail folder.

I think an ACW or WWII game would probably attract the most attention and sales, but I'd love to see something dealing with either ancient Greece, the Thirty Years Wars, or the Age of Colonialism (although a game like that might be tricky). I'd also be entirely for ACW 2, but I think ACW 1 is plenty...

No for me it's the same ... also strange as already one posted that "This game has attained 0% of necessary positive ratings so far " ... don't how much is necessary there ... I don't think they know how much is necessary, either. The Steam guys have said that the first couple of weeks for Greenlig...

I'd prefer Gamersgate. More platforms means more players, and more money to the developers in order to be in exitence and to continue making these wonderful games. The more the merrier. I prefer GG to Steam as well, but I'm sure AJE will be sold on multiple online distribution sites. Steam is used ...

I thought you needed a Steam account to install/reinstall and/or play a game, once you bought it. If Steam is no longer a DRM, that is very good news! It depends on the game; some games force you to launch the game from Steam and to have it run while you play. Other games (Paradox's CK2 comes to mi...

Military Strategies 2 -- collection?

Hi, I noticed that AGEOD's Military Strategies 2, a collection of PoN, NCP, and WW1-Gold, has been on sale in some stores based in the UK for the last week or so. I hadn't seen any information about this from either you guys or PI (who seems to be publishing it, at least according to the box), so I ...

The new game seems to be coming out of the work done for NC2. It's still using the Clausewitz engine and will probably have some similarities to EU3, but it seems to be what has emerged out of NC2.

Congratulations on the new website. Thanks for lowering the RUS, it's finally mine. ;) However, I note that the download speed is quite low (60-80 Kb / s, when I have ADSL 10 MB). I also picked up RUS when it was on sale over the weekend (Thank you, AGEOD! I'm excited to try it out.), but I didn't ...
