thanks for the replies. I'm guessing that things have been simplified as Franciscus mentioned, however, Create Army/Attach Corps are listed in the manual under the Special Orders section. Hopefully that will get an update if those commands aren't in the game. So, for a commander and chief to confer ...

How does one use the special orders mentioned in the manual - "Create Army" or say "Attach Corps to Army"? I don't see either option included with the other special orders. Thanks for any help.
