Thank you for helping me through this problem, the issue was indeed that I unkowingly bought Gold, not a bad thing obviously, but I feel stupid for not noticing Anyways thank you, I hope this game is as good as I hear.

I am at v1.0.7f (not Gold) both WWI.ini and Serial.ini are good to go as well. All I am left to assume is...
