Hi - We are in turn 24 of campaign, and for the past 2 turns an option has appeared in the diplomatic window of the ledger "ally with ukraine". However, it's just text and there's no picture allowing it to be selected. Is this a bug?

Wow - I had no idea you couldn't just play by email as with RUS and ACW (I'm new to these games). So the only way to play against a person (I prefer 2 player, CP/AP) is to play live? You can't save your "ord" file and then send it to the other guy?
