Yeah the file is corrupted, it stops downloading at 3.9 MB and then doesnt open..

Yes very very good... it's all the little touches like the effect the commissar's has on the red troops, the effects of the new HQ units on subordinate corps/armies and the new requisition system that make thius game a classic..
