And once you set the sliders, I don't think they stay where you placed them. Of course, I have had to reload several times so possibly I had to reload to a turn before I set them.

Yeah, I finally got to Formal Colony in Minnesota, Oklahoma, and Colorado. Well, Colorado, I have the decision played, I just need the CTDs to stop to do about 3 more turns.

One thing they could do is label the sliders for buy and sell, lol. Someone said they adjusted those on the F4 screen and I looked at it for about 10 minutes before I even saw them. I was about to say, "On mine there are no sliders!" Lol.

Somebody else posted that when all the regions in that state area are 100% CP, they will convert to state. I think I read that.

Could it be that I had decided the subsidies of steel? Stopping it says I get more capital. I did it to lower inflation, but if it means I don't generate a decent amount of surplus capital per turn, I guess I'll stop the subsidies.
