You also have a defensive treaty with Russia, and they are also your ally - this is why you can't declare war, but it won't stop you taking the prestige hit for not supporting Austria. You need to revoke the treaty with Russia.

To me it sounds way too high.
If the average age on joining is 19, then the average age on discharge would be 40 - and that ignores the fact that lifespans of more than 60 were uncommon.

If we get the Clausewitz UI and events and the AGEOD unit detail and combat it should be good - the main weakness in titles like V2 and EU3 has been the military detail.
My biggest concern is that Clausewitz isn't turn based which completely ruins multiplayer.

I suspect you are using the old manual.
There was a change on name for the various levels, they are now:
Tracks - was None
Road - was Tracks
Major Road - was Road
Railway - unchanged

Once you unify you should get a road building decision that will let you build roads in colonial areas.

Steam will patch you back to their version.
She solution is copy the pride of nations folder from steam to somewhere else - say c:\games and then apply the 1.02 patch.

I still dont get the logic of the "conversion". What is actually converted? Let's say I have have a factory that manufactures 75mm cannon balls and a factory that produces rifles, uniforms, boots etc. So if i "convert" them, they are distributed to units and depots, if not "converted" they stockpil...
