Thank you for your quick response. Today is my birthday and I intend to treat myself by buying this great game,lol. Just wanted to make sure the upgrade would work if I bought it via gamersgate. Sometimes their games are not compatible with all patches etc. But like you say, they're offering a great...

If I purchase the game today via Gamersgate digital download will it still be possible to get the Gold Edition upgrade? Or should I wait? I downloaded the trial version and loved it and really want to get this game soon. Thanks for any feedback.
