Observation in patch 1.02

The prestige gauge is incorrect. When your nation is in the lead, the index is to the left (red) side of the gauge. When your nation is losing, your index is on the green side.
On diplomacy window you still cannot scroll down to see all entries there, when too many are in effect.

Much better than in 1.1h, but still not correct, I think. Again, Toyama and Nagoya become non-Japan. I think the lines SelectRegion = $Toyama ChangeRgnOwner = JAP SelectRegion = $Nagoya ChangeRgnOwner = JAP SelectRegion = $Hokaido ChangeRgnOwner = JAP should be deleted in the event file.

I cannot build a naval base in a region, where a harbour allready exists. As Germany I only have a naval base in Hamburg and cannot build anywhere. Harbour in other region cannot be deleted as other industries. As Japan I can so never have a naval base in either Edo or Yokahama. Is this correct? I r...

corruption and waste

in the F4 screen on some goods is a negative number of "wastes and corruption"
in the ballance. Are these goods for random and how many goods are affected?
For example in one game only coal and fish gets deductions and in other game cereals and cotton.

I wonder if the rail capacity is well simulated. As Germany/Prussia you should be able to move all your troops by rail in one or two turns. But actually you can move only a mere two corps per turn (rail capacity 195)
Will there be some techs or upgrades to vastly enhance the rail capacity?

When the Moltke event was triggered, the Kriegsakademie was build in Berlin. Next turn it was gone with message "no remaining structure in the force pool"
Of course, the technology "military academy" isn't researched now. What is wrong?
