If you change the beginning of all different music pieces in the sound folder to cmn_all_ and do the same in the subfolder music ini (but dont do it to the sound datas) you are able to hear the whole variety of all pieces. That does not change randomising problems so. It works fine for me this way.

No it will work after processing it again.

But the next turn or a few turns later the same phenomenon happens again.

If you dont play the build road card the rr will remain, whether visible or not. But that card is one of the few options (Telegraph, Immigrants, build roads ) that will rise the colonial penetration above 35, what is needed to form colonies in the long run. All you say is of course right but in this case it is simply not so.
The tekans simly dont fight and the Nguna district does not allow military occupation. It is just as it is in my game. I have a whole corps in off stance staying there as long I can feed it, the military occupation is still zero.

Tekans in Kinshasa will not fight

These tribe seems to be not attackable, whatever I do,
the military control of Nguna (east of it) is not attainable
and some tribal armies seem to be not huntable, even with cav.
Its written that fighting tribals gets easier by the time, not at all so.
The later is no complaint, just a statement.

Ah that it is. It is a question of democracy, I always knew, there was some strange thing about it.
And money is not the point in this game, I am going to be a millionaire, even researching everything. The point is to find a worthy enemy, that is the only crux missing.

So it is no problem for lucky Germany. If there was no Alsace it would be 100% happines at all. If it was not on my goal list I gladly give it back to France. Who wants to drink Zwicker and Traminer anyway if he can have Riesling.

Is this contentment thing a typical french one? As Prussia I have only Alsace with 0 contentment and it seems that will never end. My game (original h, then i, as well) crashed around Juli 1874 and seems lost to me, no matter what I try, whatever old save I take Juli 74 is game log error. I play 1.01h Prussia and for the first time the first 13 years went somehow sensible. The crimea war seems not to end, but nothing big is going on there anyway. 2) Just build it, like the silk plants too. In Austria you can build anything, what happens after 1866 I dont know. May be they seize the structures then.
3) You have to endure them, as the game is now, as lang as you have a defence treaty with them.

I said before, that there is no problem with steam, now I have one.
Have to relode the game and it will take 14 hours estimate and that is far to long and a reason not to buy there again.

It was the modding community, that made the TW game up to MediavalTW2
and the HOI series up to now so fantastic. When they decided to use steam to have more control the beauty vanished.

H works very, very stable, not a single mini ctd or anything close to it since that patch. Good work, so contentwise it is still a lot to do and they do it.
