I'm as surprised as anyone by the price, I'd be curious to know what was the thinking behind it. Is it possible that the game is sold at this low price because there will be additionnals scenarios (on top of those already announced) sold as DLC later on ? edit : I hate DLC when it's overpriced worth...

I wonder if anyone will ever be able to finish a campaign: 1850-1920 with 2 week turns = 1600 turns If you figure 15 minutes per turn (which would be fast as far as AGE games go), it would take 400 hours to finish one campaign. Should I quit my job now or just book a trip to the loony bin? :w...

I've noticed a few times that during air battles, only one side lost planes (it could be either side, but only one side lost planes, and the other lost none).

Is that what has been fixed, or is it something else ?

This sounds very good, and I completely agree with your thinking. I haven't tried your mod yet, as I have still a grand campaign going on ; but as soon as it's finished, I very much look forward to giving a run.

Thanks for all your work.

CTD after a battle, always on the same spot

Hi, I started a new campaign with the latest official patch and I get a CTD after a specific battle. I tried three times to make sure it wasn't just a one time thing, and it crashed every time. Attached are the saves (the entire folder, just in case ; plus it's only on turn 5 or 6, so it's not that ...

I'm sorry you're seeing it like this Clovis. :( I still think these videos are an excellent intitiative, and overall I think ERISS is getting hung up on what remains only a misunderstanding over semantics. But others players might also be "blocked" like that. I certainly couldn't do better, and I co...

Just a very small thing, for future references : I think you meant "overview" (vue d'ensemble) rather than "oversight" (oubli, faute d'inattention).

I've played AACW and Rise of Prussia. It's true that Ageod games can be hard to get into. What helps a lot is playing the small scenarios to get a "feel" for the game, and reading all the info gathered by the community. All the threads describing the different game mechanics helped a lot when I star...

I don't know if it's just me, but the video of the second turn goes black around the 3:20 mark. After that it's just the sound (music), and a black screen.

[s]And the one of the turn 3 tells me it's the copy of a video already online. :D [/s]

Strange thing is, I just tried reverting my save game several turns (to see when I made that move with the armored train), and then decided to take a look at the polish forces. Polish-Soviet War Scenario

I've only been playing the short scenarios so far, inlcuding the polish-soviet one, and I've had a few issues with this one. 1) Overall it was fairly easy to get to Warsaw. It seems that the AI puts too great an emphasis on taking Kiev and Odessa, rather than defending its main city. Also, from what...

Here' a thought : the engine is capable to track the command radius of an army commander and to apply any bonus (or malus) accordingly. So I was wondering if it would be possible to give Trotsky some sort of "special" radius, to make him a special unit who can affect anyone around him, without havin...

Let's face it, pre-orders are (generally) meant to bypass reviews, to get people to buy a game before reviews are out. That doesn't necessarily means that the game will be bad, of course. But I think that everyone has the right to wait for reviews and opinions of a game before buying, and there is n...

Map filters are pretty much useless for me (I'm colorblind)

Hello everyone ! I've been exploring the game a little bit, and, as the title indicates, I'm having a hard time making use of the maps filters. I've searched the forum and I haven't found anyone one else having a problem with the colors of the map filters (apologies if I missed such a thread). So I ...
