If you have some time, take a look to the GameData/RgnDecisions folder and open each file one by one. On each you have a line like this 'ImagePanel = RgnDecision_Plunder.png' that sets what image does have the Regional Decision on the Regiona Decisions panel, in this case we see the Plunder Decision...

in my last game i saw i could buy a huge amount of Black Militia, i'm not sure if that is historical but i felt like cheating building that amount of cheap troops and transforming them into regulars with some training leaders.

Are you running the game as admin?
The saved games are for sure in any place of your computer, the game doesnt remove them never by itself.

Ripster is 100% right.
Each turn during several turns in a row, some Spanish troops are sent to Flanders, the leaders are not an exception.

Its a mistake in the manual, sorry for that.

That icons are useless in TYW. But they are present as they are useful for modding, as it is easy to change the way supplies work in TYW and tweak that icons in useful.

The on ly thing i can say is that units with attack order are not so easy to get replacements that other, specially if they have the order 'Passive Posture'
