sorry, ive firgued most of it out.
I meant like the 3 bars, what do they mean?
The battle screen that pops up, it has a green bar, a star, and a number at the top and bottom?
Also, is there a way to mod the files to unlock R.E. Lee whenever I want him?
if not no biggy on that one.

Try my mod if you want to have just proper large "armies" and not mess around with corps scattered all over the place.

There is still somewhat of a penalty, 30%, and you cant just have like 20 brigades in a one star general stack, but for me this makes it more realistic by not having such a HUGE penalty for leadership. Is this a simple edit of imperilasm value for the players and AI, or will it allow players to DOW while preventing the AI from starting tons of wars?

It does seem like the entire budget is more broad than simply number of troops, perhaps it includes all of supplies and or fort/garrison matinaince, and of course the naval forces. Ive disbaned most of my army, yet the unit maintaince remains high. Where can i go to check it exactly? Does it take time to go down? You would think after disbaning more than 150,000 troops, it would have went down more, but no. It went from like -$148 to -$146 and its been a few months. HELP!

When does Robert E Lee become activated? Im curently in early Feb 1862 and it says hes permanetely locked.....

Man ive tried all that, it just freezes on 99.9% green bar installed. Sometimes an hour later it will pop up installed, sometimes it just freezes completely. GRRR

From my understanding, it follows historical names, as they progress thruought the war anyways, so no worries.
