Couple of things I've noticed. The railroad between Charlottesville and Staunton VA doesn't work. It shows it barely going through Augusta, which just has a road. It takes many what-ifs, but sure they could've won. War fatigue in 1864 had victory within view anyway. Imagine a few more victories, or less Vicksburgs. The strategic situation could've given them the depth/time needed for a diplomatic victory.

I don't feel qualified to jump in but what if slavery were outlawed in the constitution? Would there have been a civil war, and what would it have been about? 1860 wasn't the first secession crisis. It seems to me that something else would have had to force the issue of federal vs state dominance.

Haha, I had the same problem. I'm fairly competent in geography in general, but the mass that is Russia is a tough bird to tackle. The Siberian Whites need to try to concentrate along the Volga. I love hearing that there's further development to fix stuff like the abilities. Keep this as the best RCW game, and there's at least a small stream of people who will be looking at it.
