Oh, didn't even think about that, if it doesn't work with the original disk it shouldn't work with any other. Anyway, I apologize, it just did not connect with my mind.

I am using the one on the back of the manuel and have attempted with both all caps and with all lower ...

Even sacking the officer in question and moving his second up the line of command can't solve the problems inherent in warplans. So sel...

Inactive officers

What is the point of all these inactive officers? I seem to have 2/3 to 3/4s of my officers inactive at any given time. I may not be tactician of the year but even I know you cannot have an effective military that is passive.

What about transports you purchase in economics and transports you build for fleets. Are they different and if so how?

Thanks everyone. I see it pays to have at least one with your units with all the rivers. Historically I don't remember the engineers playing a large part in river crossings but units depending on bridges and fords. However even an old dog can learn new tricks. :bonk:

Thanks for the quick response. Do both offer the same skill or is a marine something different?

What exactly will a marine or a sailor in a stack do for the stack? My searches do not seem to do much, sorry.

I'm fairly new and have been reading more than posting but I might have one clue for you. I have found when making a division if you have one unit in the group your trying to add that is "this unit is static for X number turns" it can taint the whole group. When having trouble grouping your division...

Most units, especially in the early part of the war were raised by political cronies of the governor. Most units were not just from the same state but often from the same town or area. As the war progressed it was harder and harder to put units together and became geographically difficult. Best to b...
