I am aware of how Armies work >.< I've played since '08, never had this issue. I'm going to replay through the scenario (July w/Kentucky) and see if it repeats. Never had this issue before. If it repeats I'll post up my save game.

I was curious...is there a new Army limit in 1.15? I've noticed (playing as the Confederates) I've got three and now I can't use my 4th one. And I can't recreate an Army or switch Army leaders (this happens just as I get Lee to use). Is this an error or am I missing something?

Ah I found it. Thank you guys. This will make playing AACW so much more enjoyable now.

So, I can't find anything in the Saved folder, but the game shows saved games (so many that is's slowing my game down when I'm trying to get to the load screen). Is there anyway to find them/fix this?
