Fixed as 'Tournai' in next patch  To do that PhilThip would be a mistake, please do your reseach :D The city of Turnhout was not intended to be Tournai (or Doornick) by the game map developer. Tournai is further to the south close near the French border about 25 km east of Lille. I have disco...

Regarding the Dutch map, it has some serious flaws, most important the absence of the river IJssel. In size the fourth river of the Netherlands, split from the river (Lower) Rhine at Arnhem and running to Zwolle were it flows into the markant salt water inlet having the name Zuider Sea (Zuiderzee), ...

Were is the river IJssel?

On the Dutch section of the game map exist the (Overijsselse) Vecht instead of the much broader and strategical more important river IJssel. Why? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IJssel The river played after the Battle of Leipzig as element in the defence of the French homeland a main role in the defe...

Hi Pocus, I have sent you a personal message too. Ok, confirmation that they bought this from "the original developer". So, that means if you want it, you are starting from zero. more than likely. What are our rights as costumers regarding software publishers selling and buying publisher rights to each others? I am afraid we don't have any support...

Some landscape in the Dutch map is incorrect.

In one screen shot I saw Flevoland, premature existing on the wargame map. The IJsselmeer polders created in Lake IJssel (being the former Zuider Sea) are ARTIFICAL created polder land masses. On the game map I have discovered a region named Emmeloord. During the game period Emmeloord (and its regio...

The AJE game will handle a very wide variety of scenarios and a huge time period. Well, I think this hint is clear for me. The AGEOD developers will not longer make single AGE stand alone games. It is more efficient to revise the AGE engine, to make it suitable as being a core game, developed to wo...

Feedback is always welcome :) However, perhaps you can elaborate on why you think it is a flaw? Did the river (potentially) influence military operations in this era? Or is it purely aesthetic? Purely aesthetic? No.. I don't think so. The Inn-river, the Tirol capital Innsbruck (Bridge over the Inn)...

Living in the Netherlands near the German border (not far away from the Wesel area) I have some comments about the gamemap. Different region names have for me a wrong name. An amazing surprise

Vienna, 1 August 1914, 20:18 hour. Since an hour, there was an air of great excitement in Leopold von Berchtold’s offices. The rattling of typewriters, ringing telephones and smothered squeals of excitement were clearly audible. The news has arrived that Germany is in war with Russia now and many na...
