Thanks. I have promoted them a couple times and the rank never changed. However, its not a big deal. Everything else has worked great.

I downloaded it 2 days ago and have been using it on a new campaign. So far so good. The only thing I noticed is David Farragut won't promote to three star admiral, and Andrew Foote won't promote beyond 1 star. It still gives me the option to promote every turn on them though. They just won't promot...
