ciao cleveland, Currently, I have the great fortune of hammering VanDorn back across Missouri after he was silly enough to move on St. Louis, without establishing a supply line. I have knocked him down from over a thousand power to where is now about 300 (and withering fast). Oh, my point was I beli...

Ciao GustFire,
Thank you very much. I was (and am) very blessed by the Good Lord to have been a part of the finest military in the world (just slightly ahead of the French Military, of course).
It was my pleasure to serve!

Ciao tagwyn, Hey, I was stationed at NAS Memphis (Millington) and both of my children were born in the Naval Hospital out there (if it still exists). How is Memphis now? We left 16 years ago! Actually, those are my actual medals/ribbons that I earned while in the US Navy. My youngest showed me how t...

Ciao kglorberau, I don't know if you can change the difficulty of a game mid-game. Good question, though. I believe the reason Athena (you two have met) goes on these deep raids is because she knows that she will be overwhelmed by sheer force soon, and if she doesn't attack she will be wasting her s...

Ciao Gustfire, Thanks for the nod, but I'm from Ben Wheeler, Texas. I love San Antonio, though. I really liked the river walk and the Alamo. I went to school on Lackland AFB back in 1989. Ciao Gray, I read your post to Pat that you were going to correct some locales on the map. I know it doesn't mat...

Ciao Barks, I did understand your frustration with the limit cap on divisions. However, I just learned to live with it. I found it fascinating to try and relieve some generals (many whom had done the best they could) with newer ones. In fact, imagine radomizing the generals, and then knowing that yo...

Followup...... Realizing that Jim was absolutely correct, I decided to wait two months, allowing the rebs time to empty their stomachs and start to decline in cohesion. I was giving hits at a much higher rate than I was taking them, and then went to the "Assault" mode. Nice....I was spanked so hard,...

Help with screen captures

Help,
I would like to do an AAR (just to illustrate how badly a human can be beaten by Athena), and I would like to add pictures. How do I screen capture for use in Word? Thanks in advance.

Howdy Dudosh, Of course, my first question would be why? Since Washington sits right there...... Take that, Athena!!!

It was April 1862, and the winter was unusually long. I was building up my armies and decided to send a large force down south for an amphib invasion. I couldn’t decide on where. New Orleans always seems easy. Florida doesn’t pay well (except in the scenario). Charleston and Mobile are too beefed up...

Ciao jhnbaker41, The two biggest are that your rail has been destroyed (the twisted rail oval) or you don't have enough military control, which has to be at least 25% (I'm almost sure). This usually happens along the front lines (with the military control seesawing up and down), but occassionally an...

Ciao Qwixt,
Welcome and no, you don't need the CD. You will need the box, however, because it has a code/key number on the inside of it that you enter for the first time to verify the CD. Once that is done, you won't need the CD in the drive.
