Are there any Confederate leaders who get this abillity? I have not noticed this myself..

/shrug Playing the historical outcome of a war game always seems to bore the hell out of me, imo. IE. Playing as the north in a civil war game. It would be very intresting to play as other nations during this period.. (mind wonders..)

After looking closer, my game still says its running 1.03. I have reapplied 1.10, still says 1.03. I am at total lose.

Odd, I have the latest patch installed, yet I still do not see the total number of men involved under the generals like I have seen in screen shots. Maybe I have to reinstall and try again.

In some screen shots I have seen in the AAR forum, I have seen a mod I would assume that shows the total troops/cannons/horses etc in the battle result window. What mod might that be that shows it?
