To say that WIA is a simple remake of BoA demonstrates a total lack of understanding of the differences..... I won't waste my time enumerating these, but leave it to you to actually play both games and compare before posting ill-informed opinions. I bought both games! I played both games! [color="R...

But not all players agree here. Aside from the historical authenticity some prefer a game which is somewhat faster to play then AACW and allows to focus on the military strategy with all other micromanagement minimized. :) So, NO Chains of command, marching to the sound of guns, war economy and nat...

Are many still playing this game? how stable do you all feel version 1.02c is?? 1.02c was my version out of the box: it's not very stable and scenarios are bugged. You should try last patch 1.05: not perfect game but strongly improved and definitely stable. Notice, I did not know of users having tr...

Despite its shortcomings, yes I do plan to still work on the AI. +1  AI is weak when compared to a non AI opponent; you get soon feeling of that playing just few turns in a PBEM game. But that Rafiki is right: you can get hundreds of hours of enjoyment playing against Athena. AI is to be ...

NCP "engine" is to be re-visited in some aspects. Battle resolution, use of cavalry according to Napoleonic age doctrine, regard for attrition rules and their effect over forces by the AI opponent. There are then troubles with many scenarios: wrong replacements, missing event notification, un-workin...

It's like buying coffee; for my own, I buy mine from companies retroceding a larger part of money to the producers. For wargames, I just do the same. It makes sense with coffee: they have different quality, flavor,….. When a customer buys a game, here, at Play.com, or at any other place he is expec...

I apreciated the fix! Lodilefty and Primasprint are to be thanked for the job as I did at Matrixgames.com. The mod was included in the game with the last patch, that you can download here http://www.ageod-forum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=138 So if your NCP was updated it was not necessary that you installed the mod, perhaps that was the problem? 1549 is Bardet, not included in the mod, as 1550 Barrois. AGEod forum pages master the fine art of censorship, banning, shutting up critic voices: you are not in a position to give me lessons! The modder syndrom;;; regularly one modder comes to consider himself as the game producer. Yes: names are historical, but not dates!
Most WWI aces were in service later mid' 1916.. others were already died at that time.
In your xls file all careers start at 1914 and end at 1920!

BPEM: Victory Award Bugged

I firstly notice the trouble at the end of my first PBEM with Nikel: http://www.ageod-forum.com/showpost.php?p=122832&postcount=42 Both we have been credited victory! I checked the list of airforces aces. There are few names all available from 1914 to 1920 . This way WWI is historically as accurate as Warhamme...
