Each unit costs Command Points to use. If you have a deficit in CPs, then a stack of units moves and fights less effectively. Puzzled by missing White Western Guards Militia unit

The Northern and NW whites have militia units but not the White Western faction. Does it have to be activated or is there a way of getting it?

The unit was in the original (non-gold) version of the game.

RUS is my favorite game and the AI while not perfect does a really good job of putting up a fight. I am wondering if the Espana AI can equal the RUS AI. Does this really improve the AI's gameplay and is it really worth it? I don't have quantitative data, but there seems to be a difference between countries. Playing as the U.S., turns took 5-10 minutes to resolve. Now, playing as Russia, maybe 3 minutes. My impression is that the AI auto sells anything over your stockpile (default 40%) doesn't it?

If you increase your stockpile to 100% the AI doesn't sell off the excess.

This game reminds me of the old SSI board game Fredrick the great. One of my favorite games.

Please tell me that one of these patches is going to significantly increase the AI turn speed! I have a top of the line PC and made every tweak possible and this game runs like a snail.

It is not fun for me to stare at the monitor for several minutes waiting for the AI.
