the reason you cannot rail into that region is because confederates have 100 percent military control you need a minimum of 25 percent military control i believe for rail ability.

I noticed as s-p about 2 dieing on average each year, except for the current year knock on wood 1854. I agree that maybe the modify for causing them to die of disease might be a little high.

Yeah as sardinia-piedmont i have had 3 generals plus one naval officer die of disease by october of 1852 but i have had replacements spawn, but one of them was the general who lead the army of 1000 or what ever, during Italian unification.

yeah i had this issue even when i was playing at full resolution where the scrolling does not work, but its only for buildings that are already built.

also for you flop those buildings disappear when you enter military submode.

In my game I saw belgium declare war on france they took metz, and the two regions west of their top region, and france sued for peace. The entire time this war was happening France had a 1888 power army in Marseilles

actualy looking back at the main log i think it relates to the ruler miss type thats already fixed for next patch. Getting better at understanding the logs. :)

I see the point about the gamey starts and stuff, but I wish they could start taking places in late 1862 July on or so, my reasoning behind this is the raids against Buells supply lines Forrest, Morgan, etc in real life

I can definatly say that after this round of turns with my pbem opponent gchristi, I opened up the first battle report and it showed that I had killed one of his generals. So i dont know where the problem if there is one is at.
