A new official version (that groups all fixes past 1.04.0 official) is under QA testing, nothing new for people having played the public beta, but it is nice for all others people.

About (2), it is a relative %, so if you have only 5% loyalty, you'll end up with 5.5% rounded down to 5% on the new turn.

For (1), the AI might be shy on this RGD. That or it needs more scripting.

The changes will be limited, but you can replace one file for another. In \NGC\GameData, there are fonts.ini files for that.

river transport is not subject to traffic rule, it only apply to land movements. Railroads suffer from traffic rule, but you can use them much more extensively compared to marching with troops. Both somehow interact on each other also.

It should have been patched now, but if you want to be sure, you can delete the file

<install path>\EAW\GameData\Models\Models.Cached

and then run the game, the file will be rebuilt without the bug (take a coffee in the meantime, it takes minutes)

I would say the bug is not repeatable, right, as it comes from a driver/directX problem. In this case this can be for the best, because if you save with some regularity your turn, then even if you crash, you can resume and then finally proceed to the next turn. The most recent versions of Windows literally hate when applications at run time write in their own program files, a thing PON does. I don't know why sometime it works and sometime it don't, sorry. Have you tried installing PON in a USB hard disk or at least a disk which is not the main disk, perhap...

I believe Miguel is already quite busy with his upcoming game! But what he meant (probably ;) ) is that if the kind of AI scripting that is in AJE was done by moddeers and volunteers for WIA2, then the game would be even better.

The error seems to originate from a low level directX crash, from experience. There are a few work around that, like not using the maximum texture size or disabling weather textures. Also, the Helpdesk can provide good general help on these issues: slitherine@support.co.uk

You can also pilot that through the list of objectives that each faction has. The added bonus is that you can see your list of objectives (and the ones of your opponent) in the corresponding ledger page.
