Figured it out....

How can I get rid of the debug window that appears in the interface. I've attached a .jpg file.

I'll wait for the next patch.

I should have been a bit clearer on my original post. Apologies.

The problem I'm having is with the + key to enlarge the reserve box. If I click it, the reserve box disappears and a region box appears instead.

I am playing the 4-player game as Russia; save files attached. I'm getting a weird bug with the interface.
