Panels too big on map

Hopefully this can be solved very easily, but on the main screen, the inset panel at the top of the screen and the one at the bottom are too big, obscuring much of the map. The screen at the top is so big that the "current date & main commands" tab is not shown - making it impossible to end a planni...
